AIRSIDE hosted a three-day food sustainability training programme for F&B tenants in conjunction with Future Green Global | B Corp last month.

Led by coach Heidi Spurrell, the training covered a broad range of topics, from the meaning of sustainability and how sustainable operations can benefit businesses to supply chain sustainability, regenerative and local farming, ethical meat and dairy, fair trade, food retail, plastics and packaging, waste management and energy efficiency, and more. A sustainability tour was conducted to let tenants understand how AIRSIDE offered infrastructural and operational support. Each participating AIRSIDE tenant delivered a road map for introducing sustainable practice on completion of the programme.
