Liv Golf – FEAST Concept

Overview
In March 2025, Future Green partnered with LIV Golf to bring sustainability to the heart of the FEAST concept at the Hong Kong Golf Club’s Fan Village. This exciting initiative showcased Hong Kong’s culinary culture through cooking demonstrations, sustainable food sourcing, and environmental education for event attendees.

A Taste of Sustainability
Together with FEAST, we curated a live food demonstration featuring three of Hong Kong’s most exciting chefs:
- Chef Sandy Keung, known for her zero-waste approach and celebration of local seafood
- Chef Ricardo Chaneton, celebrated for his refined, and creative plant-forward cuisine
- Chef Asher Goldstein, bringing bold, seasonal flavours rooted in conscious cooking
Each chef presented a signature sustainable dish through live cooking demonstrations, with samples offered to guests on-site. This multisensory experience allowed visitors to taste sustainability – sparking conversations that were both delicious and impactful.

Carbon Labelling on the Menu
As part of the demonstration, we carbon labelled each dish, helping guests understand the environmental impact of what they were eating. This marked a first for LIV Golf and was a pioneering moment in showcasing how food’s carbon footprint can be a talking point that can be integrated into premium, real-world experiences.

What Made It Special
- New Audience, Fresh Energy
LIV Golf’s audience was the perfect match for this conversation – health-focused, environmentally curious, and ready to engage. Through food, we introduced sustainability in a way that felt natural, relevant, and exciting. - Culinary Credibility
The trio of chefs added real gravitas and drew steady attention across all three days. Recognisable names helped build trust and curiosity, offering something different to both golf fans and families attending the event. - Food that Connects
Samples played a vital role in deepening the impact. The act of tasting, paired with storytelling and chef interaction, made the experience memorable and tangible. - Programming that Flows
With two demos daily, we created touchpoints throughout the event that brought energy and structure. Each session offered something new – from technique to ingredients to climate insight. - Strong Collaboration
Working alongside FEAST by Liv Golf, our setup and communication ran smoothly from start to finish. WhatsApp coordination kept everything agile, even with last-minute changes. - Championing Chefs
We ensured all chefs were supported with media exposure, and positioned as sustainability ambassadors – a model we believe in and are proud to champion.

Looking Ahead
Our collaboration at LIV Golf Hong Kong showed just how powerful food can be in shifting culture. With carbon labelling, chef storytelling, and an experience rooted in joy, we made climate action feel not only accessible, but aspirational. It was a moment where sport met sustainability — and it worked.
We’re excited to keep building on this work – bringing sustainable food to bold new spaces.
