The Role (At a Glance)
As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the team with day-to-day marketing, admin, and operations tasks, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Loves organising, formatting, and managing details
- Is confident using digital tools and learning new platforms
- Cares deeply about sustainability and impact
What You’ll Support
You’ll work across a variety of marketing and coordination tasks, including:
- Supporting marketing campaigns for programmes, events, and courses
- Content creation, formatting, and scheduling
- Event listings, registrations, and communications
- Drafting and sending emails to members and partners
- Supporting podcast, website, and community communications
- File organisation, data entry, inbox management, and reporting
