Our story began with a simple question: What’s really in our food?

When our founder, Heidi Yu Spurrell, discovered the hidden realities of food production, from hormones in milk to antibiotics in farming, she turned a personal concern into a global mission. 

With a Master’s in Food Policy and 20+ years in the food industry, Heidi built Future Green Global to make sustainability accessible, practical, and powerful.

Today, our team works with restaurants, schools, retailers, and global brands to shape food systems that nourish both people and the planet.
