For this January edition, we’re thrilled to welcome Shane Osborn, one of Hong Kong’s most loved chefs and a long-time champion of sustainable food.

Shane is the founder of the Arcane Collective, a group of purpose-led restaurants known for thoughtful sourcing, seasonality, and pushing the boundaries of what conscious dining can look like in Hong Kong.

His work has helped shape conversations around sustainability in hospitality — not just in theory, but in kitchens, menus, and businesses that operate in the real world.

His journey is also deeply woven into Future Green’s story.

From serving as first ever President of Food Made Good HK in its early days, to championing Future Green initiatives, awards, and impact projects over the years, Shane has been a consistent and trusted voice in food systems change. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue working together on even bigger and bolder initiatives.

His experience navigating sustainability in Hong Kong — balancing creativity, commercial realities, and impact — offers rare and honest insight.

In this session, Shane will share:
