TRACK A: Reducing Emissions Through Food & Ingredients Choices

We all know that sourcing ingredients responsibly and embracing plant-forward innovations can significantly reduce emissions. In this track, we’ll explore how to make better sourcing decisions, create transparency in the ingredients we choose both internally and externally, and push forward solutions that are good for the planet—and good for business.
