Foundation in Food Business Sustainability

Unique to Hong Kong, Food Made Good’s new Sustainability Training programme gives hospitality businesses the power to transform for good. Our Sustainability Training is currently helping and is suitable for: contract caterers, hotel groups, restaurant chains & independents, universities and suppliers.

Well-trained staff can lead to greater innovation and efficiency and are an essential component of any hospitality business looking to operate more responsibly.

The programme is based around Food Made Good’s widely respected sustainability framework, built on the three pillars of Sourcing, Society and Environment. It has been developed in collaboration with an experienced trainer and a number of businesses from across the hospitality industry, from university caterers to large restaurant groups.
