The focus will be on one of our sourcing goals; to ‘Serve More Vegetables & Better Meat’. Furthermore, January is also the month where half a million people from 176 countries support Veganuary!
Shane has been wowing us with Green Monday for quite some time now! At this event, he will demonstrate clever ways to increase the amount of plant-based dishes on the menu while still being delicious, and how to take small steps to reduce the amount of meat we serve whatever the time of year, in order to reduce our impact on the environment.
