Pernod Ricard sought our support to achieve their global goal of training 10,000 bartenders by 2030 through the Bar World of Tomorrow, a sustainable bar training programme.

We adapted a set of static slides, and designed and delivered a CPD certified interactive training programme for bartenders with experiential learning to support the online educational app. To scale the programme and support Pernod Ricard in its global goal to train 10,000 bartenders globally by 2030, it was evolved into a remote Train the Trainer course and deployed across 11 territories.
Challenge
Pernod Ricard sought our support to achieve their global goal of training 10,000 bartenders by 2030 through the Bar World of Tomorrow programme.
Solution
Developed a certified CPD interactive training programme for bartenders with an experiential learning component. In year 2, we designed and developed this into a Train the Trainer programme. We delivered virtually in over 11 countries scaling the Bar World of Tomorrow deliverable by brand ambassadors to their bar accounts. Therefore, this course has been adapted to be an interactive and locally relevant in-person format of training.
